For me the drums seem a little muffled but not sure if you wanted that deep sound or not, Vocals are really good, not too loud and sit just right, percussion is ok if you like that kinda thing 😀 I don’t like that mini drum break at 2.01 it doesn’t sound right, not sure if just a double tap would be better.
Break at 4.20 sounds good, i like the glitchy restart too, I’m not a fan of 5.50 to 6.04 it kind of feels like the record is stuck but the end of the track so I guess its unimportant, and finishes with a simple crash, solid work in here mate, got a real disco feel to the track, not my bag at all but structure-wise the track to me has nothing really that sits wrong or out of place just the notes above, sorry man can’t offer much more than that.
Yeah the track doesn’t need much Adam. Some slight shifts on the tonal balance. The bassline feels a tad to dominant compared to the kick. For some reason I do like that ‘muffled’ kick 🙂 The vocal also feels like a minimal touch too loud in the mix, but that’s an easy fix. The transition at 3:10 feels a bit sudden. Maybe just a simple double kick bump there, why not. This track feels really slightly different from your previous ones. I dig those longer delay sections on the vocals. Nice job!
