Static Corn is an old minimal psytrance project that existed from 1999 to 2007, created by DEHN. The project released one album, “The Lurker,” in 2006 under Cosmic Conspiracy Records, and numerous tracks were available for free on the internet. In 2015, Static Corn experienced a revival after DEHN played his chill-out project at a festival in Sweden. The music at the festival served as inspiration, leading to the reboot of the project in a faster version while maintaining the original Static Corn style.

A live act was tested at a party in February 2016, and Filt from Mighty Vibration Records approached DEHN, expressing interest in turning the live set into an EP. The rest, as they say, is history in the making.
