What’s your background?
I started mixing music way back when and did a few live DJ sets and then over the years was asked to do regular slots on several radio stations playing hardstyle to Frenchcore as they wanted to try something different to engage their listeners.

What music genre do you most identify with?
My passion for the Hard dance music was sparked at a young age from the days of the illegal raves and that famous 909 kick and backbeat of the 1990s, genres such as acid, breakbeat hardcore, hardcore, happy hardcore, gabber, post-industrial, it was fresh sounds and ignited my rebellious streak as everyone around me conformed to mainstream music.
I definitely prefer the harder styles of music whether it be Hardcore, Frenchcore, Uptempo Hardcore, Hardstyle or Hard Techno.

What scares you?
I am scared of failure always and strive to succeed.

Describe a real-life situation that inspired you?
I finally had opportunity and support and freedom to take the leap with producing music in a recent low budget movie in London and from there I wanted to understand music more and dig deeper into what works in mainstream music but also in Frenchcore how the offbeat is used to give it another dimension.

What jobs have you done other than being an artist?
My actual career is a welding inspector and vendor inspector for Oil and Gas but my passion is music, I make more money in O & G though 😀 but I will still make music even if I don’t make much money at it.

What memorable responses have you had to your work?
I once did a track outside of my genre called “I am” which was trance track and how people should be able to be themselves without fear of being judged, I had so many responses from people saying how it touched their hearts and that for me is what music is about no matter how many people listen to your work.

What makes you angry?
I get angry when people are dishonest, or talk behind someones back rather than tell you in person how they are feeling.

What superpower would you have and why?
If I had a super power then it would be the ability to transform into something or someone else just because its cool

Name something you love, and why.
what I love most is my family, I have 2 older Daughters who live away, both as outspoken as me 😀 and I have a wife Saara who is my rock who is fun and likes to live life as much as me, we bounce off each other in life matters and even music inspiration.

Name something you hate, and why.
I hate the amount of plastic waste we produce and think everyone needs to make a conscious effort to reduce their use.

Artists who inspire mw are, Dr Peacock, Sefa and Ran-D

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Best advice musically is, enjoy what you do and if you only make one person happy then you have done your job as an artist.

Professionally, what’s your goal?
My goal/ambition is to have that 1 recognizable track, if it doesn’t happen though I have still enjoyed the journey

What wouldn’t you do without?
I couldn’t do without my phone, mainly for maps as I have no sense of direction 😀
